Free at last

Leaving social media was the best thing I ever did. When I first experienced the internet in 1994, it was an amazing experience. Seeing information come in from all over the world broadened my world-view and challenged my narrative. However, after years of myspace, then facebook and twitter, I found that those amazing grey areas of discover (both inner and outer) were getting smaller and the world online was becoming black or white. No middle ground anymore. This reflected inside of me as well. I felt like I was in constant debate and battle over my own inner discoveries and challenges, and when I shared them, more times than not those discoveries were met with anger and negativity. So, I had finally had enough. It was time to leave that narrowing world and its narrowing minded approach (both inside me and out) once and for all. I felt like Bilbo dropping the ring. A huge sigh of relief and I find myself (in just one day only) discovering those mountains again Gandalf. The world is grey area again, full of wonder and challenge (yes, in just one day!). A weight has been lifted off of me, and my creativity is back on track. It feels like 1992 all over again!!!! Expect many new projects to be coming for 2015, and thank you all for your support. All the best, CP
